Worship Services

CMF gathers for worship on Sunday mornings at 10:30 AM. Our services are a blend of traditional and contemporary worship. We do our best to express our worship in a way that connects with everyone.

We are a casual congregation with no expectations for attire. Please come as you are and worship with us! We want you to feel comfortable and know that you're among friends at CMF.

We follow the church liturgical calendar very loosely, primarily during Lent-Easter and Advent-Christmas.

At other times during the year, the pastor will address biblical and cultural topics through individual messages, or by preaching through a sermon series. We like to utilize both expository and topical preaching as a way of presenting relevant messages to the church and those curious about faith.

Check out our sermon archives for a sample of the teaching you might hear on a Sunday morning.

We frequently use different forms of media and art to communicate truth on many levels of understanding and individual expression (e.g. video, slides, graphics, art/banners, drama, etc.). We are committed to learning how to holistically worship Jesus with all five senses---the whole person.

We include the children in our corporate worship. We even have a children's sermon led by a member of the worship team. However, we have an infant and toddler nursery for parents who need them.

We normally take communion once every two months. All those who are followers of Jesus are welcome to receive communion with CMF. Being an Anabaptist church, we also incorporate the memorable act of foot-washing into a service at least once or twice a year for those willing to participate.

The first Sunday of every month we have a potluck meal following the service. This is a great way to become more familiar with our church and build relationships with others in our community.

We want to extend the table and invite you to join us for worship. As we believe that the Kingdom of God is about peace and reconciliation, we welcome people of every race, class, gender, and nationality.

We look forward to having you join us in worship.
